Grand Prix

Grand Prix week is only surpassed by Spring Break as our favorite week of the year.  We build a sand volleyball court in the parking lot and have cornhole boards set up almost 24 hours a day during the week leading up to the race.

In 2011, we are looking forward to entering a kart in the Grand Prix race, something AKΛ hasn't done since the mid 1990's.  If you are an alum who would like to help the chapter restart this tradition, please contact our Grand Prix chair, Brian Jefvert, to discuss how you can help.  Donations and technical expertise are both welcome.
